Welcome to the Castalia, the new Parnassus Blog! With the arrival of 2012, Parnassus: Poetry in Review celebrates forty years of continuous publication. As we embrace being “over the hill” in conjunction with the launch of our new website, we’ve decided to start blogging. Being a bi-annual publication these days, we hope this blog will be a way to keep in touch with our readers between each issue. Our regular posts will include audio and video clips of our poets reading their work and an Editors Recommend column to keep readers abreast of the art and literature causing a buzz around the Parnassus office. You can also look forward to posts by past Parnassus contributors, such as dispatches from Greece by Christopher Bakken. There will also be news updates about the magazine, its contributors, and other happenings in the poetry world. Read something that excites you? We invite you to leave a comment and start a dialogue.
